At STATE OF MINE APPAREL we do our best to go out of our way to make sure each and every customer is 100% satisfied with their experience and our intention is to not only meet your expectation, but exceed them in every way we can. Shipping Information


Where can we ship?

Currently we are Shipping orders throughout all 50 states.

When will my order ship?

Most orders will typically ship out within 1-2 business days, but could take longer if we are experiencing heavy order volume.  Most orders will ship out the following business day after the order is placed, although same day shipping is not uncommon provided the order was placed before 10 am EST.

How do I track my order?

Once your items are in Shipped status, a tracking number is generated and you will receive a Shipment Notification email. You will be able to use the tracking number in your Shipment Notification email.


Returns and Exchanges


What is eligible for a return or exchange?

Online purchases must either be received by STATE OF MINE APPAREL, or postmarked, within 30 days to be eligible for a full refund. Returned merchandise must be in its original unworn, unwashed condition and all packaging and tags must be intact and included. It is at our discretion to accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of receipt on a case-by-case basis. Gift cards along with sale/clearance items and seasonal items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless it was our mistake). If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you need to exchange an item, follow the same procedure above. Be sure to notify us of your request to exchange and specify in the notes for which item you would like to exchange. Please contact us at for any questions on our return policy.
